Question: Is the worlds magnetic field weakening?

I think that is very true. This is a concern because the Earth’s magnetic field is what protects us from solar eruptions, so it’s not good that it’s weakening. However, this tweaking might just correspond to an ‘inversion’, a little bit like the Earth minus and plus poles would get reversed. So the magnetic field will not just disappear, it will likely go through zero and switch from positive to negative, which is not too bad 😉
