      Roti canai – a flaky layered flatbread that you dip in curry, in Malaysia and other South-East Asia countries.

      It’s made by swinging a ball of dough around in the air to stretch it out into a big circle, folding it up small again in many layers, then repeating about 5 times before frying the dough. It’s pretty cool to watch, there are some videos online.
