      Hi even480ate,

      It’s a bit of a rogue choice but it’s just so tasty: banana bread! I actually don’t like bananas on their own, but for some reason banana bread is perfection.

      I actually live with someone who is vegan, so I try to bake things without eggs or dairy milk which can sometimes be bit tricky, but still good fun.
